Damir Topolko, born in 1966, holds a Bachelor of Economics and completed his studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor, with a specialisation in economic relations with foreign countries. He graduated in the field of international financial management.
He has 25 years of work experience in the fields of sales, export, economic and public finance and infrastructure investments. In the years 1991 to 2009, he worked in the enterprise sector in the companies TAM Commercial Vehicles d.o.o. and Petovia car d.d. in various roles: export manager, director of economics and finance, director of a business unit and director of the company. In 2009, he continued his career in the public sector at the then Directorate for the Management of Public Railway Infrastructure Investments as head of the Financial, Legal and General Affairs Department. Following the reorganization of the railway sector in 2012, he took over the management of the then Department for Planning and Managing Investments at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning.
At the end of June 2015, when he was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia as Director of the Slovenian Infrastructure Agency, he headed the railway department at the Agency.
He is a Member of Supervisory Board of the company DRI (from 2 December 2014–onwards) and its president (from 4 April 2014–onwards). Since 2013, he has also served as a member of the board of the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Railway Transport.

Ljiljana Herga, born in 1966 in Ljubljana, earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Ljubljana.
In 1993, she began her internship at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, and in 1994, still in during her internship, she was employed at the Republic Road Administration, the legal predecessor of the Roads Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia, today's Slovenian Infrastructure Agency.
After successfully completing her internship in the field of geology, she continued her career as an associate in the technical sector of the Roads Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia and gained further knowledge and work experience in the field of construction and transport branch. Already at the beginning of her career, she chose to work in the field of maintenance and traffic safety on major and regional roads. From the position of expert in road maintenance, she also works in the field of international relations. From 1999 to 2002, she led the project "Development of the Slovenian Model of Concessions for Regular Road Maintenance" financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. She is an active member of numerous research programs and working groups in the framework of the Conference of European Directors of Roads, currently chairing the group for the preparation of European road maintenance standards.
In December 2004, she took over the management of the department for maintenance, management, technical regulation of traffic and road safety at the Roads Directorate. The department that she led covered the routine maintenance (both summer and winter), traffic safety, issuing licenses for roadblocks and exceptional transports, all consents for interventions in the buffer zone and numerous other obligations under the Public Roads Act. The department was operating at such extent till 2008, when the Department for Management and later on also Traffic Management and Technical Department were established, to which certain tasks were delegated.
Ljiljana Herga currently leads the Department for Maintenance and Road Security at the Slovenian Infrastructure Agency.
She has performed the function of Member of the Supervisory Board of the company DRI since 2 December 2014.

Rok Jeram, born in 1977, holds a Bachelor degree in law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor and a Bachelor degree in security sciences from the Faculty of Security Sciences at the University of Ljubljana.
He started his career as an adviser at the General Customs Office, after which he underwent judicial and state prosecution training and gained knowledge and experience in criminal, civil, and commercial legal fields. From 2009 to 2014, he was a Senior Consultant of the Administrative Unit of Ljubljana at the Departments of the Environment and Spatial Planning, and Property and Legal Affairs.
He has a profound knowledge of the legal system, administrative procedures for infrastructure management, building construction, property and legal affairs, and procedures of adopting national legislation.
In 2014, he continued his professional career in the National Assembly as a secretary of the parliamentary group. The following year, he joined the Ministry of Infrastructure as a Secretary in the Minister's Cabinet where he is primarily responsible for road and railway infrastructure and transport. There, he also serves as a member of several inter-governmental working groups.
He was further appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of DRI on 26 September 2017.
Bojan Gregorič, born in 1972 in Ljubljana, graduated in economics from the School of Management and Business in Novo mesto.
He joined the Engineering Company for Public Roads d.o.o., the legal predecessor of DRI Investment Management Ltd. in 1994, where until 1995 he performed various tasks in the HR. Since 1995, he has been performing various assignments as an assistant and later of associate in the Department for preliminary works and design documentation for the motorway field, where he participated in various projects for numerous clients both within and outside the Department at the company level. In 2009, he also assumed the tasks of the quality assurance system administrator and of maintaining the register in the company. Throughout his career he has gained experience in various fields such as administration, finance, human resources, sales, calculations, information technology and procurement.
In the Department for Spatial and Technical Preparation of Projects, covering the entire spatial planning area, which includes the field of project management for the acquisition of spatial and technical documentation for the needs of the construction of road and railway infrastructure projects for various clients, since 2010 he has performed expert tasks in the field of planning and monitoring the implementation of the tasks of the Department, financial monitoring of the implementation of contracts for various clients, the tasks of the quality assurance system administrator and the activities related to risk management in the company, as well as other tasks.
Nevenka Žagar Čakš, born in 1959 in Ljubljana, acquired the title Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana.
She started her business career in 1983 at Slovenian Railways, where after completion of the internship, she performed the work of an independent desk officer for legal affairs. As head of the HR and general affairs and adviser to a member of the Management Board in the field of human resources, she gained high-quality experience in the field of labour law relations as well as in the field of acquisition, selection and development of personnel.
She joined to the Engineering Company for Public Roads d.o.o., the legal predecessor of DRI Investment Management Ltd. in 1994. There she took over as head of the department, fulfilling the management and organization of property and legal regulation of main and regional roads in terms of the procedures for buying the necessary real estate for the construction of national roads, border crossings and other infrastructure structures. She gained her experience mainly in the field of proprietary, civil, property and administrative law. She was responsible on the basis of special contracts for legal advisory services in administrative procedures for many diverse clients. For the preparation of legal opinions, she participated in the study of concession reconstruction, the maintenance of national roads and harmonization of technical instructions and guidelines for national roads, taking into account EU standards.
In the Department for Property and Legal Affairs, since 2013, she has been carrying out independent organization and the coordination of tasks in the field of legal and geodetic regulation of real estate for the needs of infrastructure construction projects for various clients.
